YUMPLA SUPPORTS, PARTNERS WITH AND INVESTS

with First Nations people to empower them to create sustainable opportunities for their careers and businesses.

We are heavily focused on creating programmes that assist education and practical activities that will result in employment for the economic independence of the First Nations people of Australia.

The group has multiple connected brands and organisations that in collaboration with local communities will create joint venture opportunities for practical education, employment, investment and mentoring across the Tourism, Mining, Housing and Development industries.

YUMPLA HAS AN ENGINEERED STRUCTURE

to allow an initial amount of smaller investors invited only by the cofounders to participate in the future growth of the group. The company may in the future open the member participation to the public via an Information Memorandum. The Cofounders Capital and initial investors’ capital is projected to be sufficient in achieving the groups’ goals over the next 2 years.

Yumpla’s Corporate Plan and Strategy are founded on connections to land, sea, sky and country and with great ambitions to support First Nations people. We are an expanding company and targeting growth initially throughout Queensland across Australia and Internationally.

YUMPLA, WITH GOVERNANCE PROFESSIONALS

within a 12 member national advisory board, its three Executive Directors and Associated Partners brings together a broad collective experience in First Nations’ community relations, management, corporate finance, media, education, recruitment, employment and strategic planning competencies.

The Founding Directors of Minniecon Holdings and co-founders of Yumpla are excited to be part of the advisory board and work with the enthusiastic and talented management team. As a total team, we believe and am sure you will agree that Yumpla has a great future and we look forward to seeing our story unfold and excited to share the journey with all associated with us.

OUR PARTNERSHIPS

To fulfil our strategic vision and achieve the ambitious goals Yumpla has set we recognised the need to enter partnerships and alliances with successful, professional companies and organisations.
Our associates are some of the best in the country at what they do and all share our passion and drive to achieve outstanding results for our First Nations people.
